However I have emailed twice since my stay requesting an invoice as they never gave me one at the motel and I need to claim my stay and nobody has got back to me.

Beds a bit uncomfortable and the pillows are uncomfortable. I had some noisy neighbours that were loud until 11pm and again at 7am. When i checked out in the morning I let the staff that was on know i would be getting dinner on the room that evening, though my account was closed and had to pay with my personal card. I had also left an electric toothbrush in the room from my last stay, i was never notified of this. I ask the lady on desk when getting my bag and she said sometimes they just throw them out. The other lady on said “ they should otn be throwing anything out and would go check in the back. My toothbrush was there. Clean rooms and good staff, shame on the restaurant being closed.
